"This hotel is among the very best. We had a sumptuous time at the Lotte with special thank you to Ms Candy. Our room was spacious and immaculate, the service was impeccable, the pool was divine, the fitness centre very useful and every single staff member made us feel welcome. This is a luxurious stay and we highly recommend it. Thank you also to Ms Pinky and Ms Korean Butterfly. We enjoyed a fantastic burger at the hotel restaurant. We loved taking the executive package and having access to the executive lounge which is well worth it. We are already planning another stay at the Lotte!"

"Excellent staff perfect location great room"

"From the moment we arrived to our last goodbye, the Nikko was a stellar stay. The staff is exceptional, courteous, friendly, helpful, and overall the best of the Nikko hotels. The breakfast buffet covered local cuisines, Japanese, Persian, Chinese, and American, and had a juice bar that offered the freshest local fruits. The room was always spotless, the house staff were friendly and always there with a truffle in the evening. We loved our stay and would come back as soon as we can! And thanks to the GM Dawson Tan for running the best of Nikko!"

"Premium hotel in a great location"

"The Majestic was in incredible condition considering we happed to be staying during its 100th anniversary!! I had stayed in the Majestic, and the nearby Dong Khoi hotels back in the early 1990’s, and I was thrilled I could bring my family here at this time for Christmas, and they could enjoy the Majestic as well. The Dong Khoi hotel seems to be closed, but the original Beautiful building still exists which is Great! The Majestic’s hotel staff, from the Front Desk, to Housekeeping, to the Restaurants, and the pool/gym could not have been more helpful and nice. We Will be back!! (It’s our daughter’s new favorite hotel, so Thank you!) Have a Fantastic New Year (2026), and All the Best!! Bruce"
