"Staff: They were very warm and welcoming. They were always ready to assist. Room: The room was pretty clean. The flooring had some areas that was cracked, hollow or was detached from the base - but that didn't take away from the experience. Breakfast: We enjoyed seeing the Minion dance at breakfast! However, the buffet was basic, we would have loved more variety. We stayed for a week and it was almost the same things every morning. Kid-friendly: We loved the playground and the game areas and our kid loved it even more. This is the perfect place for children. They even had a foam party one of the days we were there and it was a blast."

"I've stayed here twice and each time the Heat and Air never works properly. It's either cold or hot sometimes you can put the heat on and it still blows cold air or doesn't turn on at all. "

"Property was clean. However, it seems like an old construction and you can see it. If you’re traveling with family, pool is excellent for your kids and location is excellent for family to walk around old town, since this is right across the street. Customer service could be better, the woman at the front desk was not welcoming and was always outside on the phone. I ended up checking in with the man on the left desk who was nice and made the process very quick. Anyways, if you want good location for good price, this is it!"

"Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable (bus schedules for drop offs, pickups, property activities for particular nights etc) Catching park shuttle was a breeze. Room was nice and clean. No issues at all"

"I went to eat and someone kicked the door, breaking the bottom door of the room. I want a refund had to leave because of extreme security measures."

"Overall the stay was good. But our suite was dirty. The floors were awful. Our feet were filthy from just walking. Gritty and dusty. We swept the floors, that took the top layer off but still dirty. The pools were nice, splash pad needs a fence. No breakfast options ."
