"Love the staff not only friendly but family orientated it’s like one big family there miss Ivory, Miss Dawn , miss Marianne and Mr. B they are wonderful very polite work with you and family. Miss Ivory don’t treat you as a guest. She treats you as a person."

"Upon entering my room, I was very surprised but appreciative that the room was cleaner than I expected. I normally buy cleaning supplies prior to checking in, however, to note the room required minimal cleaning was very great. The only downside to the room was the AC had mold, to which I had to clean. The staff were friendly, the pool was nice, although, I was unable to use due to the weather. Very convenient to walk to Old Towne. The breakfast was nice. The variety of waffle flavors each day was a nice touch; blueberry, confetti, chocolate, and my favorite, cinnamon. Other downsides for the hotel are the elevators are very slow, they should invest in upgrading. Also, the game room needs upkeeping and upgrades, had a funny smell. I will definitely stay here again, DO NOT listen to the bad reviews on travel websites."

"The building was an older Hotel from the 80s but you can see it has been completely updated and well take care of. The maintenance crew was always there walking around and actively updating the rooms. The pool looked very clean but I never went in it. I was down to pick up my plane and fly it home to Kentucky and had to stay an extra few days. Parking was fine but honestly they needed to open up the side gates so you could get into the hotel in more than one way. Coming from Downtown Kissimmee you needed to go down to the light that would take 5 mins to cycle or go just past it to a turn around point to get back. I would highly recommend them to open the side gate so you can use the turn in lane that runs in front of the hotel to enter. The price was perfect for the needed I had and would definitely go back again. The staff was beyond friendly and I give them all high praises. "

"The parking lot was well lit and had a parking attendant at the entrance. Plenty of parking spots the room was clean and we were provided laundry soap which came in handy for washing my son’s baseball uniform. "
