"The hotel is relatively new. The rooms are comfortable. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. My thanks goes out to Vy and Jade they are front desk staff who speak English and really do a great job. The pool is small but clean and relaxing. You can rent a scooter which I recommend as this hotel is away from central Hoi an or Ahn Bang beach. Their cafe is also handy and well priced with some Viet and Western meals. Overall a good value hotel run well."

"Our room was amazing. We had the 3 bedroom penthouse suite with amazing views of both the city and the ocean. We woke up to the sunrise every morning and my kids enjoyed the sunset over the city. Emma was our designated host/concierge and she did an amazing job. She set up our first night dinner in our dining room, booked private car services for both Bana Hills and a day of touring around the city, and took care of anything we needed. All of the staff are so nice, we really enjoyed our stay here."

We especially want to recognize Ms. Tran, who warmly welcomed us and personally showed us our room at check-in, and Ms. Lam, who remained attentive throughout our stay and continuously worked to ensure we were comfortable and happy with our room. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine concern were greatly appreciated. During our stay, we raised a concern about our room. Although it took some time to fully resolve, the staff took our concern seriously from the beginning, listened carefully, and made every effort to find a solution. We never felt dismissed, and the team remained committed until it was resolved to our satisfaction. For us, the true measure of hospitality is how a hotel responds when something needs attention. The team truly distinguished themselves in this respect. Combined with the excellent location, outstanding breakfast, and warm hospitality, their service made our stay memorable.
