"Amazing property with great potential. We were really excited about the bed, the fireplace, the jet tub, and the shower from the listing pics. Unfortunately, The fireplace needs some maintenance. There was a little black box that was supposed to cover all the wires, but it was not assembled, leaving me a bit worried it wouldn't catch on fire. Seems it leaks propane when not on as we could smell propane in the room. It appears there was issue with the fireplace at some point as there was black...

"The shower was great, the bed was great. The pool area looked amazing but it rained most of the time we were there. The Continental breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly and kind. I felt that we got our money’s worth and I would return. "

"This hotel is perfectly situated in the Red Rocks with amazing views. They have a look out deck to watch the sunrise and each room has a deck to allow you to watch sunrise or sunset depending on location of the room. The hotel is beautiful with excellent service. We didn’t take advantage of the shuttle service but seemed like a great service to take people to trail heads and shopping. Highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Sedona. "
