"From the moment I arrived the staff were friendly and helpful. Location is set back from a country road so it was quiet and close to hills and mountains for walking. A few minutes drive from the main town of Llangollen it was convenient and peaceful. The chef was very helpful and able to meet my needs with small changes to the menus with ease. Room was basic but adequate and clean. Exactly what was needed for a short break. "

"First impressions: location excellent, in town centre, close to everything. Remote check-in, instructions easy to follow. Bonus of parking permit. Upon entry noticed the hallway smelled musty. However the room was larger than expected and nicely decorated. Bathroom needs some maintenance. Shower head should be replaced, very tatty and full of mold. Toilet and sink not secure and quite wobbly. The bathroom was wet for our entire stay too, after the first use, due to poor design. Floor...
