"My son loved all the activists as he jet skied, when to swim with the dolphins and did the water park. He love eating Infront of the fish tanks. The staff were excellent and so was the room. The hotel has to be a 7 stars. The balcony from the room was breath taking as we were on the 15th floor. The room was to die for. One of the best I have stayed in and I have been many places and in many rooms for work."

"I had the wonderful opportunity to stay at this first-rate level hotel in JVC in Room # 3405 (34th floor) and in Room # 2716 (27th floor) during my 7 nights stay at this hotel from Novemer 23, 2025 to November 30, 2025. The views from both of these beautiful rooms were absolutely incredible from the floor-to-ceiling windows and the service from the staff members at this hotel was fabulous. The swimming pool and fitness center are both top notch and the breakfast buffet I enjoyed each morning during my stay had well over 40 different super delicious selections to choose from with dishes represented from across the globe. The valet parking attendant, Khurshid, was by far one of the most polite, caring, hospitable, respectful, courteous and friendly valet parking attendants I have ever met. Khurshid consistently went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure my vehicle was taken care of and he consistently assisted me with providing excellent directions to nearby attractions within the local JVC area. Excellent and outstanding levels of customer service are what truly represent Khurshid from the Valet Parking department and he truly deserves recognition from members of the senior level hotel management. "
