"Not good this time "

"First, be warned: THERE IS NO ELEVATOR IN THIS HOTEL, and the stairs are steep. Also, a room for two is actually set up for one person: one desk chair (and a small square rolling ottoman that tips). Someone sitting at the desk blocks the other occupant from getting through. And the hotel supplies only one bath towel unless another is requested the night before. There was no hair dryer in the room. There was a large hole in the wall in our room with the insulation showing. There was no closet -- only three pegs on the wall, and no place to put toiletries in the bathroom. The room is cleaned and towels changed only if requested the night before. There was no dresser in the room -- only three cubbyholes. The dining room was inadequate for the crowds and laid inconveniently (for example, the milk was placed far from the coffee). "

"The property outside and inside the hotel was clean. There was plenty of parking and the parking lot is well lit. The room was great overlooking the hill. The television was a nice size and staff was very helpful when I needed anything."

"Parking was safe and easy. The staff I encountered were great. Sara A. Is the manager. She is wonderful. "

"It is old buildingin in the downtown. House keeping is in the hall way until 9 pm. Parking is under the construction hard to find main entrance when we parked."

"This hotel looks a little bit like it's from an old horror movie. Very long dark hallways. We entered into our room and there were splatters of something running down the wall, some sort of white stains all over the bag the blow dryer was in, the bottoms if the doors were all splintered and I could not bring myself to walk barefoot on the carpet. We lifted the mattress up to check for cleanliness and found a used sleep mask. I would not stay there again."

"Not the room I reserved an we were told the pool was open 10pm when in fact the pool was not in use"
