"A great location direct access to subway system without going outside the building especially during summer heat. Staff are friendly and helpful. Plenty convenient stores and food offerings within walking distance. The only downside is that the room carpet is not as clean as I hoped for. "

Complimentary breakfast was good quality, offering an expansive variety of Chinese dishes as well as a few Wester ones. Found staff to be helpful, friendly, and professional.
