Completely different from the large, corporate, sterile hotels elsewhere in the town, this hotel and the staff make for feel welcome, and part of their family, from the moment you walk in the door. Food, service and staff are all excellent, friendly and they cannot do enough for you. "Great design and beautiful rooms. Staff is polite and eager to assist. But you can see corners being cut as they struggle to operate with low guest numbers. No bar staff at the pool, fountains turned off, paper napkins in the restaurant. No mini bar. A great 4 star property but really a 5."
