The property was great, very large room with standard amenities. The thing that makes this place is the extreme hospitality of the staff, as thery are incredibly nice, greet you at all times, even when busy and want to truly get to know their guests. They are not pushy and don't try to sell you extras, etc. The breakfast is outstanding and the service with this is amazing. Blows most western hotels away!. Great value for the money. I will be back!

Wonderful place!

The staff (especially Niroth, Thievy and Thiery are especially friendly and helpful. They are so kind and attentive. I have stayed here before: this is such a great place and the pool is so beautiful especially in the evening.

Wonderful staff and location

We had a great time staying here for a quick trip to see Angkor Wat and the surrounding temple complexes. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, the breakfast was fantastic, and the room was very spacious and clean.

The hotel is very beautiful, it's in a very convenient location: you can walk to pub street and town, the pool is great, the rooms are very spacious and well refined and all the staff (Niroth, Theary and Lisa in particular) are very attentive, welcoming and helpful. They remembered me when I came back and decorated the room to welcome me! They even presented me with a small gift. The best place to stay in Siem Reap, no doubt. I would come back in a heartbeat. V.

Really great two night stay here while visiting Angkor Wat. The staff are friendly, attentive, and helpful, and we enjoyed the pool, massage spa, and breakfast. The family suite was perfect for our family of three. The hotel is situated a short tuk tuk ride ($2 each way) from Old Town and the night market; we enjoyed a quieter stay in this area and found plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby (Made in Cambodia market was an easy walk and very pleasant trip). The hotel staff also offered takeaway breakfast for us on a day with an early trip planned! Top tier service—highly recommend!
