"The gardens around the hotel are well-kept and give the whole property a calm, tropical vibe. The pool was clean and inviting, and towels were always available without asking. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a book in the late afternoon—it was incredibly peaceful."

"Excellent large clean rooms, great location away from the main town, but only a few dollars in a tuk tuk to go there. Close to the temples etc and given its location you will usually be the last pick up on tours and the first drop off - great to get a little more sleep if you are doing sun rise tours that start at 4-4.30am! Excellent value for money too, the restaurant and food options are also great! Would stay again and definitely the best all round option for short stays. "

I rated the area around the property as 4 star because anyone who isn't used to developing nation cities might find it a bit dirty. It was certainly safe and transportation was easy."

"The staff were wonderful and attentive, without being intrusive. The only issue we had was late house cleaning on day 1 and 2, but the staff went over and above to make up for it. They even left a hand written note with snacks as an apology. The location is great and central, with many sights and restaurants in walking distance. Angkor Wat is only 20 minutes away. The food at the restaurants are great. The pool area is very nice and the spa may be on the pricey side but is lovely. "

"Every staff member that I interacted with at this hotel (and there were many) were professional, friendly and helpful. I was always greeted and the staff and management went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable. The rooms here are huge and the bed is very comfortable. The hotel provides all ammenities that you need and the aircon is nice and cool. The location is only a 2 minute walk from Pub Street, and also walkable to the main markets and many restaurants too. There is also a great sized swimming pool that has a swim up bar with a great drinks menu - awesome way to relax after a hot day exploring Siem Reap. Highly recommend this hotel."
