"The food and staff are absolutely wonderful. The room was beautiful with a canopy bed and a sitting area which was a welcoming area to relax after a day of sightseeing. It's also very well positioned for day adventures to the coast and York. The management team were also very visible for information and they even arranged my laundry. I would like to mention the food. The kitchen staff did a wonderful job as did the wait staff and housekeeping. Thanks for making our trip memorable. John and Agnes room 16. The best room."

"We had an amazing stay it exceeded our expectations. Stayed in the Camelia Suite overlooking the outdoor pool. It had an outdoor terrace with seating. Sunday lunch was the best we’ve ever tasted and the breakfast was good produce and very tasty. All of the staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. A special mention to Stuart on reception and Happiness and Mia in the restaurant. The bar staff were really good too but sadly I didn’t note their names. The whole place is immaculate and super interiors. We will definitely be returning and would highly recommend it."
