Arcadian Hotel

"We really liked our stay at the Arcadian. It was clean, quiet, and had super comfortable beds. The area felt safe and more on the quiet side. It’s also very close to the greenline metro stops, Kent St is closest. We used it frequently and took it to a game at Fenway. I’m glad I read carefully about the “no window” to the outside, so I wasn’t caught off guard. There was a window to the inside of the hotel, which was great. We didn’t miss having an outside window at all. The only reason I gave amenities 4 stars was our “tiny toilet”. It was so close to the ground, like 18-24”! It was a squatty potty! There was a handle to help you get up and down. It was fine for us, but could be a problem and could definitely catch some older residents off guard. Otherwise we were super happy with our stay!! I would highly recommend this hotel in Boston!"

"The front check in gentleman was friendly and prompt in acknowledging us upon arrival but couldn’t focus on us because of a text he was receiving. The wait staff in the Resturant was excellent. The check out clerk was friendly. I asked for a receipt and she gave me a receipt with my name someone else’s address and no amount showing what I paid. Not very helpful. The shower was not clean it had a hair and hasn’t been cleaned in sometime because the grout and shower track is turning pink from the soap scum. "

"Very helpful at the desk had a flat tire and took a a bit longer to get the car back. He was kind enough to hold my luggage after I checked out until it was ready! Sewwt guy and lady at the desk! Would highly stay there again coming from New Jersey for Boston!!"

"The room was immaculate, comfortable bed & nice bathroom. The restaurant was very good, great menu for breakfast. Nice bar area. We used the pool several times, clean, good temperature. We enjoyed our stay & plan to stay there again when in the area."

"The location is the reason to stay here. Coolidge Corner is the center of Brookline with lots of dining options. The hotel is a mixed bag of small rooms and quirky layouts. We reserved an executive king, but first were put into a regular size room without a couch but a full sized table and 4 chairs! A kind desk person the next day got us moved to something that actually looked like the photo in the booking site. I specifically picked the room type because I have healing broken foot and need to elevate my leg on a couch. The Starbucks downstairs is partially staffed but serviceable. Will probably try the Iris Hotel right next door when we come back."
