Lovely spacious twin room with lovely bath complete with salts! Comfy bed and feather pillows. Loved it. Felt the in-house movies were a bit expensive at $19!

When I rang up to book the enquire about the hotel the staff were very friendly and even though I was booking it through Expedia , Alicia ( staff ) told me to ring back so she can check it has been booked..When I rang back she did her best to get me a room on the highest floor with a great outlook. Staff on arrival were excellent and the room was all I could wish for. Great views, great location and very comfortable. We would definately recommend this hotel to friends and family..Great work.

This is a great hotel in and excellent location. It is very quiet. The apartment style suite we stayed in was very nicely appointed, clean, modern and very spacious. Amenities were good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved it and would recommend this hotel and use it again ourselves if visiting Melbourne

A hotel with a distinct character: contemporary and stylishly idiosyncratic, while still being sensitive to the beautiful old building in which it is housed. Very Melbourne! Lovely service, and it is worth spending time in the rooftop pool.

Although this property is a little dated it was excellent. The place was very clean and the friendly staff made our stay enjoyable. The bed was very comfy.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of everything at this hotel. The position was perfect with easy access to the skybus, trains and trams and a lot of things were also within walking distance.

Really enjoyed our stay. Close to Chinatown which was a real plus. Also walking distance to QV and Emporium. Excellent location. The only disappointment was the breakfast. The quality was not what I would have expected. It was obvious the food had been sitting out for some time.

The staff were very friendly. Reception was responsive and allowed me to check out 1 hour later. Food in the restaurant was excellent.

I have stayed here before so when in Melbourne there is only one place I want to come back too. This was a special weekend to celebrate my hubby's full bill of health after a long illness. The staff made us feel so special, welcomed us with an upgrade in room upon arrival with chocolates and wine.
