"Centrally located and close to the historical centre of town on a large private and beautifully landscaped lawn. The only thing that people should be aware of is that it is near a train track. It didn’t bother me but if you’re a sensitive sleeper they do provide ear plugs."

"The hotel was new, very clean and the staff were excellent. We were going to a concert across the road at the Canadian Tire arena. The hotel staff had gift bags for all the concert go-ers of bottled water, snacks and skull cups (it was a metal show). They also offered a shuttle service to and from the arena for five dollars per person. We will definitely be staying there next time."

"The staff member was very friendly at the front desk. It's a boutique hotel so ceiling heights are very tall and decor match the age and heritage of the building. "

"Well maintained, clean, good beds and shower. Outdoor chairs for sitting outside room. Plenty of food and shopping options nearby. A 5-10 minute drive to downtown Perth with several interesting stores and good restaurants."
