The hotel was very modern and new, rooms were amazing with all the premium essentials. Great location and I am super pleased. The price was another bonus. Hotels of this standard in other cities are alot more expensive and not as premium as this. Highly recommended

This place was such a special experience! The owner and chef of the sushi restaurant downstairs is absolutely lovely and crafted us the best dinner of our entire trip! The rooms are private and comfortable and full of character. This is definitely one of the most authentic and memorable stays of our trip.

Great location, lovely staff and so helpful. We had a Japanese room and after Tokyo and Osaka it was HUGE ! An amazing experience best sleep we have had. We didnt book meals but probably should of booked dinner as that was stressful! Gift shop on site with great items. One night wasnt enough !

The atmosphere was serene, the staff was very friendly, quick and helpful. It was very relaxing after a long days walk. Close to port and breakfast and dinner was good

We stayed at Hotel Granvia North Exit. There are two Granvia Hotels INE at the South exit and one at the North exit. The hotel we stayed at was excellent. The breakfast was busy so plan ahead and go early. Access from the hotel directly to the station made it very convenient. Don’t think twice just book this place.

Clean and spacious rooms, delicious breakfast, helpful staff and great amenities. The Hotel is also located conveniently in the heart of the city, close to the trams which take you on a short trip to Hiroshima station. You can also walk to the atomic site and castle from the hotel. There are also many restaurants, karaoke bars, and shopping around to fill your night.

If I could rate this hotel 11/10, I would. Breathtaking views from our gorgeous room with tatami, futon and private bathroom. There's a traditional Japanese shared bath in basement too. It's about 200m from ferry and 300m or so from the shrine. Don't stay anywhere else

This was a great hotel. The rooms are fantastic. Shower is great. Amenities are really good. Can’t say anything better. It was perfect.

Great beds ,clean friendly and good coffee

Loved our stay here. 3 nights at the end of January. We had a king bed corner suite. The room was large, clean, well appointed and quiet. Bed was a super king and very comfortable. The location of the hotel was fabulous, 2 minute walk from the train station & street car station, without any noise being heard from the room.

The location of the hotel was one of the highlights in Japan. We enjoyed hiking up the mountain and catching cable cars back. The traditional room was actually comfortable, which surprised us. Our beds (i.e. matresses on the floor with bedding) were put each night. We were very happy with the hotel service, and being able to book our own private bath was great.
