"Our stay as a family of 5 in 1 room was very convenient. The staff are amazing and very helpful and friendly. We had no issues at all. The location was great as there was a bar/ restaurant joined to building and they were also very friendly our hire shop was on door step and so was the gondola. There was plenty of shops close by for anything needed. If we was to return to la massana we would stay here again "

"My wife and I stayed at Hotel Starc for three nights in April 2024. The Hotel is great, modern, and perfectly located in the city center, overlooking the main shopping street (though major construction next door during our visit meant we had to walk around the construction site – not a big deal). The room was very modern and had everything we needed. The bathroom was amazing; I think the hotel designer was obsessed with bathrooms! "This was a perfect place to stay in this quaint, charming little piece if Europe. Yomo Centric is situated right on the main pedestrian esplanade in the city center of Andorra La Vella. Restaurants, Caldera Spa, shopping of every kind, and a supermarket were all within easy walking distance. Our room was spacious and spotless. "Our room was on the top floor. The beams across the ceiling, unfortunately, came very close to the bed where my daughter hit her head twice. We unfortunately, were not aware that the ceiling was so low prior to reserving the room. The bed was comfortable with good pillows the TV worked but unfortunately, Netflix did not work. "We enjoyed our stay at Pierre & Vacances Andorra Bordes d'Envalira. They staff was helpful and friendly. Everything was convenient and the living space was good. There was plenty of room in the main bedroom to store skis and gear. Our main issue was the parking is very tight and not included in the price. If you do park under the property you'll need to go around the block and down a hill to locate it. To leave the parking lot you'll need to scan your pass at the beginning of the exit tunnel. "

Only seats with a back was sofa bed otherwise just a couple of benches, shame as outside terrace became a storage area rather than place to sit. However one deosn't expect much from ski resorts. "The place is amazing, clean ,quite and safe . The staff are amazing and helpful. The hotel is close to everything. For the poeple who would like to go just use the lift to go down to the street (its in the parking ). The only things that struggled me is that they don't have choices of vegetarian food...they are not friendly on this point. "
