"Clean room, staff were so positive, great buffet, lovely showers. "

"We had two beachfront rooms. Upon check in our rooms were filthy. Dirty sandy floors, dirty bathroom sink which was clogged, sand and hair everywhere in the shower, coffee station was dirty with sugar and coffee spills, food on side table. Beds were ok, old mattresses with big dents, I sank in my spot at night. They don’t believe in giving washcloths, I had to ask for them everyday. Good was below par. Tasteless, zero flavor. My husband went fishing and brought back a wahoo. The sushi chefs made the most incredible sushi plate for us. Hats off to them. The chef also made us some blackened wahoo with our filets. Best meal of the trip. The manager charged us per person for tha meal which ended up being more expensive than anything on the menu, which didn’t make sense. We supplied the fish but our bill was over $300. We understand the cost for labor and food but we thought that was a bit exorbitant. Drinks at every bar were weak. Tastes great but took at least 4 to get a slight buzz. Shout out to John (from the DR) at the bar, so friendly and gave us great recommendations for the island. Also a shout out to Mabel, one of the bathroom attendants. She worked so hard and kept the pool bathroom spotless. She was the sweetest, if you get a chance say hi. The pool loungers were tired and needing replacement. Our backs got the supporting bars and was uncomfortable. There’s not much to do for teenagers. Ours were dreadfully bored which we kind of expected. Would not come again. "

"Ocean is visible, but you cannot swim in it. There’s no man-made beach either like the neighbors. "

"We had an excellent stay. Hotel is very close to the Rif fort as well as many activities. We had a car and parking is free and easy to get to. One of our party developed a bad gout episode and the main restaurant was very good at getting the right foods to help him."

"The hotel is OK, but nothing really luxury about it. Even though it's new, stains are already visible on the walls and furniture. Housekeeping starts at 9AM - even the day you are woke up by the fire alarm at 3AM and stay a half hour outside because they can't stop it. Close to restaurants and Willemstad. "

"Excellent location, close to many places (restaurants, Emma Bridge, beach). The rooftop is great. There is restaurant-bar called Cascada, which is a very nice place to have a drink and see the fireworks. Punda vibes was amazing. I would definitely stay in Elements in the near future. Thank you!"
