From the moment I arrived, the service was spectacular, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a flawless visit. My room was great, spotless, and modern, featuring amazing views that made every morning special. Furthermore, the dining was a highlight; the food was amazing with impressive quality and plenty of options to satisfy every palate. "This is our second time coming back to stay at this beautiful hotel while in Cartagena. The pool area is absolutely beautiful. The food is delicious and very reasonably priced considering the high quality. We like the location as it is close to tour companies, shopping and restaurants. You can also easily hail a cab to go to the old city. Regarding the rooms, they are always immaculately clean, the beds are extremely comfortable and the service is always excellent. What's not to like???"

"The staff was so friendly and kind. Upon arrival the front desk clerk was so nice and smiling. I had dinner in the restaurant and it was very good for hotel food. The room was clean and modern. Shuttle to the airport was perfect and efficient. "
