Eine Balkontür ohne Insektenschutztür führt auf 1 breite Terrasse ganz nahe unterhalb der Terrasse der Vermieterin.Das Deck des Whirlpools ist morsch und man kann darauf einbrechen. "Die Villa in Bellerive liegt an einem wunderschönen Ort direkt über dem Murtensee, tolle Aussicht. Die Einrichtung ist sehr komplett, modern und grosszügig. Grundsätzlich alles OK, wenn da nicht die Agentur HEIWA House wäre. Deren Service existiert eigentlich gar nicht. äusserst kompliziertes Check-in, kein persönlicher Kontakt zur Agentur, man wird laufend mit x-Mail bombardiert und liest offenbar die gesandten Antworten nicht.
