Not really what you want when you check into a hotel. Once I finally got hold of a staff member in the property, they were actually very accommodating and gave me an upgrade. All in all, not bad, but I wouldn't stay again given the relative high price and the possibility of having another 'online' disappointment. The public area was beautiful and well-appointed, but I could not help but get the feeling that the owners invested in that instead of their staff.
