"The room was not the most updated. A little dirty on the floor so we kept our socks and shoes on. The food at the restaurant we had this one dish that said it was mildly spicy and ended up being a seven out of five and the shrimps were cooked to the point where they were unrecognizable. But all that said, it was truly a two star hotel for a night before we headed over to San Pedro for the week."

Staff were helpful and friendly, accommodating even tricky requests (like early morning breakfasts before we left the last day, etc.) There are several pools, the larger pool was awesome for kids with sunny and shady spots. The swim up "adults only" pool was heated and so lovely."

"Getting to the hotel was good and it was as advertised, they picked you up from the airport and took a 30 minute boat to the resort. Being an all inclusive resort, we were looking forward to relaxing, enjoying the beach, pool, and activities "

"The hotel staff were fantastic and the view was beautiful. It was quite a ways from San Pedro town which limited dining options for us. The staff booked us a reservation at Mambo with a driver or boat pickup depending on the weather. The breakfast was good but very few options for dinner at the onsite restaurant. If I could do it again, I would rent a golf cart in town for the duration of our stay and book tours that picked us up at the resort dock."
