"The property was immaculate. The staff were incredibly helpful. Luis at the dive shop was very informed and helpful with snorkeling tours. We did 3 and loved each one of them. The pools were perfect, clean and quiet and the air conditioning was amazing on those hot days. Snorkelling under the dock was a great way to practice with our equipment and fooling around with go pro and capturing all the fish that love under there. The fold carts for transportation were great and such an easy and convenient way to get around and we always felt very safe on Ambergris Caye. We loved it! Thank you!"

"Great hotel and staff! Has nice secluded small private beach area that gets perfect sun. Food on the cafe menu was delicious, expically the jerk wings and mojo de ajo fish! The raifall sower was pule bliss. Rooms with fish in the floor view was so cool! The pool lights made for great mermaid pics!! Would recommended 💯 "

"This property was beautiful and the customer service was outstanding. Ferra (I think is how you spell her name & Deondre was amazing. When I arrived in Belize my phone was stolen at the ferry and I was using find my iPhone to track it. Deondre (the person who picks up guest from the ferry) came and immediately took me to the police station to get help with approaching the people who had stop my phone. Once that was over he took us to a place to have dinner and then to the resort. One thing that’s important to note is the transportation. Once arrived at Belieze airport we had to take a 15/20 min cab to the ferry doc this was about $30-35 next we took the ferry to the is (Ambergris Caye) this was about an hour or so but the view was absolutely beautiful so I didn’t mind the ferry at all. The cost was about $55 for a round trip or $24 one way. When the ferry arrived I was picked up by the resort and the ride was about 45-60 minutes by cab or 20/25 mins by boat (the resort has both options free) so I’ll be honest this resort was a little distance but it was worth it. I looked at MANY resorts and the weren’t nearly as beautiful. So if I had to do it again I would definitely pick the same resort. They have two beautiful pool areas, a spa, gym, right on the beach and a nice restaurant. Not to mention my beautiful two bedroom two bathroom condo style room. Plenty of space. I loved it, it was super clean but I spent most of my time it the pool. The resort & staff were amazing."

"The staff went above and beyond for us making the stay even more incredible. The sea view suite was amazing and beautiful. Two docks down from the property is a snorkeling company that takes you on great snorkeling tours! It was very peaceful and I will definitely be back again with more people next time! "
