"The property is absolutely beautiful, and the staff were exceptional throughout our stay. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. One area for improvement would be the cleanliness of one of the pools, as it could have been better maintained. I also think the pizza restaurant should be open on Mondays and Tuesdays, as it would provide guests with more dining options. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the on-site Mexican restaurant, as the food did not meet expectations. However, Lotus was excellent and provided a much better dining experience. Each morning, there was no water available in the kitchen, which was inconvenient and should be addressed. A special recognition goes to the gentleman who delivered our luggage. He carried two very large suitcases all the way to our penthouse with a positive attitude and exceptional professionalism. His hard work and dedication truly stood out, and he deserves recognition for providing outstanding service. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would rate the experience 8.5 out of 10."
