"We stayed 3 nights. The room was dated however it was very clean which is more important to us. The staff were always helpful. The hot breakfast was great and actually was available a bit before the specified time which was wonderful because we are early risers. We didn't get a chance to swim or use the hot tub but it looked nice from the lobby area. Location was easily accessible and parking was free. Would definitely stay again in the future."

"The staff was nice and friendly however the staircase smelled of stale smoke, the bed was so hard and one of the worst beds I ever “slept” (didn’t sleep much) in, room was clean (no signs of bedbugs or anything like that) but it was definitely dated and worn and could use some upgrades besides a coat of paint. The complementary breakfast was either waffles or cereal and being gluten intolerant there was nothing I could eat and no breakfast place opened before 7am. Thank goodness there was a Starbucks nearby for a quick egg bite before being in a seminar all day. Overall it was meh, but probably wouldn’t stay again unless have to."

"The lobby and restaurant are brand new but as soon as you look on any other floor it’s really just outdated. It was clean enough though. Our balcony looked onto the rooftop which had a pile of gravel and several skylight windows over the pool under tarp. Our screen on the door was entirely ripped on the bottom. The shower was good, although it’s only a half glass door, so the floor gets wet outside. Again, not a big deal just noticeable. In the basement there is 2 lanes of bowling, a version of a mini putt and a small arcade where only half the machines work. You must pay to use every thing. It’s a free for all down there otherwise. When I arrived there were already 3 cars parking in front to check in, and so I had to wait on the street hoping traffic would go around and not hit me. It’s not ideal at all. Staff was friendly. Bed was good. For not having a free breakfast, I don’t think I would choose again- although the price was right."

"Very nice, clean and quiet. Disappointed that breakfast was not included with the expensive room. Would have made out better if I booked directly with Hilton. No hilton honors discount was given and no senior discount. Very disappointed. Stay was fine but high cost for service provided."

"I wasn't happy to book a hotel with a pool on here through Google then onto this website to find out there was no pool the hotel outside and inside was falling apart carpet through out the hallways as well as our room was rappelling I almost tripped a couple of times. Out bedding had tears in the the floor of our room also had massive stains as well as the couch the paint on the walls where peeling behind the door as well as by the sliding door. The sliding door was so hard to open and close like its track wasn't cleaned in a while. I wasn't expecting for the amount of money I paid for two nights to be like this or also the fact that breakfast was sandwiches that my husband has at his works canteen not a breakfast you would expect from a hotel also the fact that there was no one there to check us out at the end was crazy I had a maid of the hotel say to leave the keys and go and I get my deposit back later. I have never stayed in a hotel where that has happened. This was crazy and my husband and myself where extremely upset with this whole experience especially when we drove 3 and a half hours from kingston to get this kind of hotel and treatment. No one was there to even talk to about a refund or even some money back for this whole thing. What if there was a fire there was only the maids no staff at the counter"
