"parking was easy enough but due too much rain i couldn't see the bad holes in the lot. didn't use a/c but heater & it worked fine. check in took longer than i liked due to attendant was away from desk for almost 10 minutes. There was a note there but didn't say when they'd be back.I already pre paid on Expedia otherwise i would have walked out to go elsewhere .The man was pleasant enough though when checking me in ,apologizing for being away from the desk. Our room was clean though & everything worked well in it. Area was quiet to sleep& beds were comfortable.Location was good for us & easy to find."

"The breakfast was pretty much inedible. The omelettes tasted terrible and the potatoes tasted like cardboard."

"food was so good that they often ran out. Washers and driers were available gym as well stocked. Weirdly, we had to leave a deposit for pool towels at the front desk. That was slightly inconvenient. Overall though beautiful new clean lovely hotel."

"This hotel has never let me down. The restaurant food is delicious. They offer breakfast and dinner and I highly recommend BOTH! The kitchen staff is so friendly. The reception staff are also friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities. It's a very quiet place to sleep. I took advantage of the fitness room during my 4 day stay. Just perfect. The reason for the 4/5 score for the 'condition of the property' is because only one of two elevators was working and the interior stairs did not have an entry/exit into the lobby. I would have gladly used the stairs to go up and down but ending up outside the building wasn't really convenient. It will be much better once the second elevator is back in business. I still highly recommend this hotel."
