"Josephine is an attentive and caring host who was very willing to assist us with anything we needed. She also made our stay over Christmas special, especially for our kids, with a tree and presents. The house is comfortable and had everything we needed. Close to supermarket and restaurants. You will need a car to reach safe swimming beaches and sites. "

"Courtney’s KoOlina Kai house was INCREDIBLE!! So comfortable. So clean. So quiet. Bright, modern, updated - it has everything. I think the TV is the biggest I’ve ever seen! The neighbors are all friendly. The pool pavilions (which Courtney helped me reserve) were PERFECT to grill dinner by the pool. Courtney was SO nice, gracious, helpful, and kind. I am definitely going back soon!!"

"This is our third day at this facility. It is always clean and well furnished.There is always an ample supply of necessities - like toilet paper, paper towels,soap for the washing machine and dishwasher, and even coffee and creamer! There is even cable TV andAll the appliances worked great including the AC! Plus, it’s just a 10 minute walk to the Ko Olina beaches!"

"My overall view is the apartment is in a perfect location, the apartment was perfect for what i needed. Here are the few problems I had. for the first week I was there parking was a nightmare, this wasn't owners fault the HOA/ management was doing road repair and renewing. The Lani needs a refresh/deep cleaning also I would recommend a fold able wagon. The beds were very soft, apartment has everything you will need for your trip but a rice pot. My 2 cents needs a Rice pot. This place was a great blessing to me and my family we had a great time. I would stay here again already looking at my next trip here. Owner responded to all my question and messages really quick. see you again. "
