"It was a cabin with one big bed on one side and 2 twin beds, plus one upper bunk. AC was great, but much cooler on one side than the other. No indoor table or chairs.
The youth camps were going on at the same time so there was a lot of noise from the kids close by.
The staff did a great job alerting us to the Tsunami threat and where we should go. Also let us know when it was safe to return."

From the start, Jojo was a superstar—her communication before our arrival was spot on, and she gave us insider tips on the best beaches only locals know about. She was always available with suggestions on what to see and do, which made our trip so much more special.The house itself? Wow! It was even better than we imagined—tons of space for our family to spread out, super clean, and in such a peaceful area. At night, we loved stepping outside to enjoy the quiet and do some serious stargazing. Absolute magic.And let’s talk about the extras—beach mats, boogie boards, and more were right there for us to use, making beach days a breeze. "This van was amazing to rent and travel in! Check in and return process were super streamlined and thorough, really appreciated the owners walking through all the features in person and being flexible with checkout location. There are lots of quirks that come with an older vehicle, like no ac and a bit slower highway speeds. But these were expected and the small fan plus window vents made nights sleeping even in pretty warm temperatures doable, much better when there was a breeze. And we were able to get around everywhere we wanted to reliably and safely. Since this vehicle is so iconic, we also had lots of positive interactions with fellow travelers and locals who seemed excited to see a rig like this traveling around the island! Really appreciated all the little touches and how homey everything felt :) "
