The lady checking us in was pleasant. However, that is where it ends. We walk to our room and you can see the hallway floors haven't been cleaned. When we opened the door to our room, there was no bedding on the bed. Only a mattress and a frame. Plus, the room smelled of a couple different things. We turned right back around and checked out.

Truly not that bad, you get what you pay for, for $60 a night you get a clean bed and room and decent bathroom. Only thing is that there were people wandering outside, but besides that, it's fine.

The room that we stayed in was very smelly. The restroom door handle was broken. The property is in a convenient location close to highway! Gentlemen on desk was very polite and had great customer service!!

Check in is advertised at 3pm. We had to wait until after 4pm as they were still cleaning rooms. The TV didn’t work. However, for the low price, the room and amenities are totally worth it if you plan to just stay overnight or weekend. Had a full kitchen, toilet and shower have good water pressure. It’s a clean hotel.

Roaches in the room I had, which made it hard to try and sleep when it stormed the rain was pouring through the window into the AC unit dogs shouldn’t be allowed due to the excessive barking and dog hair pushed into the corners of room…. And someone knocking on the door in the middle of the morning is very unnecessary especially when you’re sleeping that pissed me off!!!! Outdated everything, only thing that was decent and clean was the laundry room…. The mattress was horrible I woke up with bad back pain…… There’s your review

Dirty, dirty, dirty. Fridge was not plugged in when we got there so we had to pull it away from the wall to plug in to be able to use. Bathroom was gross. Walls looked like they had never been wiped. Pillow cases were stained with what looked like old makeup and blood. The ac did not work properly, we had it set on 67 and we still were sweating in our sleep. The other guests were so rude…. Knocking on doors all night, stomping around and yelling all night. When I needed to talk to the clerk at the desk I had to search for her, she was outside smoking with residents. I am not a smoker so the intense smell of cigarettes at the front door is nauseating. This hotel is probably ok for men traveling for work, not an ideal stay for a woman and daughter to stay and feel safe. Will not be staying here again.

Woodspring 'sweets'

I thought I was in the wrong building when I first came through the doors cus it looked completely different. The place is a lot cleaner, the staff members are a lot nicer and more professional. And I think I love the chick at the front desk so y'all get a 5 star from me.
