The staff are extremely friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. The pool is very small however we can use all of the facilities next door and had access to the beach. The breakfast was lovely however no one told us that we could order eggs.

Sanur goodness ❤️

We love Jambu Inn and their other property Diwangkara. We actually stayed at Diwangkara this time, we were upgraded as they had rooms available. All facilities are shared between the 2 properties that share s driveway. You have your breakfast at Diwangkara and can use the pool areas at either location. The staff are beautiful and very helpful 😊

This hotel is now under management of Diwangkara and what a difference from 2 years ago when I stayed here. We now get automatic use of Diwangkara's big beachside pool and buffet breakfast that is unbelievably good. I spent 2 days at a nearby beachfront hotel that was disgusting. Tariff was nearly twice as much, breakfast cost the same but was 2 pieces of toast and 1 coffee or tea. Jimbu is now real value for money. No wonder the suroundng budget hotels are empty -or near that? Not to mention, the staff at Jimbu are all very pleasant, helpful and cheerful.

loved our stay at Jambu Inn! Great location, great facilities, fantastic room, beautiful people and the food in the restaurant is delicious. Beach front location of the main resort that Jambu is attached to is second to none. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Jag hade bokat en dag för tidigt och skulle ringa och fråga dels om dom kunde flytta fram en dag samt höra om flygtransfer. (Som drt står att dom utför) Ni hjälpte mig också att försöka få tag på dom, Men förgäves! Det gick inte att få tag på dom. Känns lite otäckt att ni har avtal med ett hotell som ej är anträffbara. Boka INTE detta hotell vill jag säga till alla andra!

The place was hard to find, the address leads to a different location. Our driver didn't know the place so in the end we had to navigate with the Hotels.com app. We booked Jambu Inn, ended up staying in a Kirawangan hotel room. Staff was friendly and breakfast was ok. The room had an awful chemical smell. We left to Gili islands the following morning and had the same trouble with the wrong address when the ferry company's driver came to pick us up.

BAD EXPERIENCE

I've stayed in hostels that were cleaner and better run! This hotel is next door to another larger one and utilizes the same reception area. However, arriving at night, in a VERY questionable neighborhood, you'd think there would be signage to direct you to check in, especially late at night! This was the first time on my month long trip that I was actually concerned about safety. The first room I was given was very dirty, no towels, the AC didn't work and had a resident lizard living in the room that was about 12" long. The next day when I went to the front desk, they agreed to change my room. Mainly because I had reserved and paid for an upgraded room not the one I had originally been given. I had reserved 6 nights at this property but had a family emergency and had to book another flight back after only two days. I was denied a refund, even under emergency conditions and no adjustment for being given a lower rate room. Service is very lacking at this property and it was dirty. I would not recommend it to anyone!

This is an older hotel, close to beach.

Ideally located, being close to safe and friendly swimming beachs, with a variety of good local food places as well as a McDonalds and KFC close bye.

Average hotel, good pool and gardens

Stayed here for 3 nights mostly to recuperate and relax by the pool, hotel was pleasant enough with nice staff, pool was great and location of room (next to pool) was worth the extra. Food was OK although we only ever ate lunch here as there were better places nearby. Room was not that comfortable, bed was old and creaky, air conditioning was not particularly effective and there was frequently no water from the taps. On a positive this was one of the few hotels we stayed at that seemed to have good WiFi coverage.

Close to Beach, but not Airport

The hotel was relatively mediocre, with only a fair breakfast. The room up stairs was noisy and had ants. Neighborhood ok, but airport shuttle consisted of calling a cab and adding a surcharge for the service (Uber like services available. Far/ costly from airport, but nearby beach is short walk and is fine

Good location. Average room.

Chose this hotel for the location, near the quiet end of Sanur beach. We were in what appeared to be the old part of hotel. Our room was large with separate sitting area, good water pressure in bathroom. Unfortunately the room was very dark (no natural light), stuffy & hot. Aircon was in working order, however did not cool the room, probably due to the large room size & really high ceiling. Big problems with mosquitoes due to broken fly screens in bathroom. Breakfast was ok & staff were very friendly. Towels in rooms are very old & could do with replacing... Pool towels however are much better quality & size. Love the location. Not keen on our room, but we had a cheap rate so I guess you get what you pay for!
