"The hotel was beautiful with all the amenities you could need. This was our first time in a traditional Japanese style room and it was such a fun experience. The onsens were great and the reservation system easy to use. Dining was special and we loved the food. Getting to do a little laundry in their facilities was an added bonus. Staff was eager to help and made us feel welcome and comfortable the entire stay."

It’s on the harbor so have a beautiful view, there is a plaza by the ferris wheel that is a fun little spot and has lots of good food/shopping. "Convenient location, close to train station. Excellent grocery store next door. Large selection of prepared meals (great sushi!) and huge wine section. Unfortunately our queen room was dark and very small for two people traveling with luggage. "The hotel is clean and modern. I like how spacious the room is. However we ordered room service and they gave us the wrong order. It took another 1 hour for them to deliver. Totally we spent 2 hours on waiting for a grilled Steak rice bowl. It seems like the staffs there don't speak English well. And the bathtub is a bit stuck. Water doesn't go away quickly. "
