"We really enjoyed our getaway at Hillside Cabin! The space is fantastic, our dog loved the fenced in area, and it was so convenient to get to from St. Louis. Cristina and Tim were very accommodating our entire stay. We hope to return some day!"

"We liked the place and enjoyed the deck. Wish we could of got the firepit going. I didn't realize it was a ladder to the loft (extra beds) instead of stairs. Was not feasible for senior citizen women. The rollaway on the lower level was not very comfortable. I also didn't realize it was only a mini fridge and no stove. My error, need to check more closely when booking. We did enjoy our stay and got to visit 9 wineries and some beautiful scenery. I would definitely recommend this place to stay."

"This cozy cabin on stilts is right ON the Mississippi River and offers a great view of the Winfield Lock & Dam facility. We spent more time outside on the covered porch watching the river than we did inside. Our teenage girls spent more time inside and appreciated the comfy furniture, Dish Network, games and updated kitchen. Our animal lover also enjoyed the frequent visits from the neighborhood dogs. We had a wedding to attend in Old Monroe and Linus’s Cabin served us well. We all agreed that...

It was clean, well-stocked, and comfortable. The amenities were nice, especially the large garage/game room, and the trampoline was fun as well. We would definitely stay again.
