"We came as a group of 4 families (16 people with children from 1 to 7) and really enjoyed our extended weekend. The hot tub at night was the highlight treat, the BBQ, the cinema room and the castle playground came second ex-aequo. The owner was close to us, giving us a"

"The house presented well and looked as it did in the pictures. It was clean and nice and spacious. Finding the digital key pad to get in the house in the dark was a challenge, it needs a porch light as you can't see it as its black. Also I had a few difficulties with the property. 10/10 Excellent
This was our 3 day stop over after our flight from Australia. We found the staff to be very helpful, breakfast (which was included in our tariff) was more than ample and there was a good variety of produce. The staff were very obliging and friendly. The Swan has a great atmosphere and was obviously liked by visitors and locals alike as it was always very busy. We could not fault our rooms for cleanliness and fit out although I would have liked a little more shelf space in the bathroom.
