The bathtub is in front of a western window and we bathed and watched the beautiful Australian sunset. I loved it. The staff was so accommodating. Not one nasty person and the included breakfast kept us from eating till dinner. I loved Australia and staying in Sidney in such a classy place, was a great way to conclude a month of trekking!! "

"Overall the hotel is wonderful! Located at a prime spot without the premium price. Plenty of cheap and delicious eats nearby as well as some more prestigious and pricey options. The room sizes were excellent and spacious. The check in staff and cleaning staff were wonderful and helpful. The valet/bellboys/bag bags were the worst I have ever met in any hotel! They did not help to unload or load bags, were incredibly argumentative and rude. I am not sure where there sense of entitlement came from...
