"Nice place. Communication could be a lot better. This survey asks me about breakfast. Was breakfast included? Was any food included or discounted? I had to ask about being overcharged at check-in because they even failed to tell me about the deposit that would be refunded. No information whatsoever was given except my room number. Also, the room needs a clock! Minor, but impactful! Otherwise, great location for anything happening downtown."

The entire experience was seamless, from entry to exit, and I even received a late checkout, which I really appreciated. The downtown location was ideal and close to everything. No issues at all.
