With a delightful southern charm, this two-story townhome features a welcoming chef's kitchen, a spacious living room with a cozy double-sided fireplace, two bedrooms with two and half bathrooms, office space, and a washer/drier.


The main entrance to this townhome is up the main stairs from the brick-paved street.

On the second floor:

You have full and private access to the top two floors of this townhome, but please note that the first floor is occupied by a tenant who can hear loud noises. Furthermore, the first floor has a separate entrance and no access to the upper floors. It is a completely separate unit.

Beautiful Townhouse

This a a very well maintained and furnished townhouse. We used it as our base of operations to visit all of the Dallas museums and attractions and it was perfect. After a day doing that, we were in walking distance to several great restaurants and parks. On top of all that, Elena the owner was checking on us to ensure we had all we need. If you are coming to the Dallas area, I highly recommend this place. You will not be disappointed.
