"A great option if you are traveling for business, and even for pleasure. Very well located. Good size rooms, new towels (well appreciated for a not so new hotel). Personell very kind. Price wise a very good option, much better than Hyatt Place and cheaper. 15 minutes walking distance from Galleria mall."

"The woman who helped us check in around 8pm was rude and didn’t provide any information on the hotel. She also asked us what we were doing in Houston, I thought the manner that she asked it in was weird and rude. Once we got to the room the tv did not work, which we did let the front desk know but it was already late and we didn’t want to wait on someone to come up and fix it. The shower handle was a struggle as a part of it kept breaking off and switching to extremely hot water, and overall the bathroom was the cleanest. We would not recommend this location."
