The rooms and food were amazing but it was every single staff member that made this stay 5 stars for us.

The hotel was spotless staff were all outstanding. Food was excellent. One of the best hotels ive stayed in. I highly recommend The Smithson hotel when visiting Inverness.

This is a good property that is a hop skim and jump into the city centre

This hotel was absolutely magnificent. The room was amazing with a lovely view. The hotel itself was beautifully appointed with a large and attractive lobby and bar area. The restaurant was also really good and well decorated. Highly recommended.

Nice clean bedroom with excellent bathroom. Breakfast was great. Would go again.

Joan was super efficient and catered to our every need, breakfast was fabulous, cooked freshly to order sitting in an area overlooking a pretty garden.

Gorgeous immaculate property. I'm very fussy when it comes to property condition and cleanliness, this property however ticked all my boxes. Absolutely no regrets staying here and would highly recommend.

Great stay and welcoming staff well done

The gorgeous property, beautiful gardens, friendly staff and exceptional food.

Nice

We spent a delightful night at The North Kessock Hotel during our nine-day road trip around Scotland. This quaint little pub, located right on the water in North Kessock, offers a truly restful and charming atmosphere. Perched overlooking the stunning Beauly Firth, the hotel provided breathtaking views that enhanced our stay. Dining downstairs at the restaurant was a wonderful experience, with a vibrant ambiance that made every meal special. We couldn't fault this experience in any way—truly a...

We had a great stay. The rooms were very spacious and love the staff were lovely. Would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway

The property is in a lovely area along the River Ness and About a 20 minute walk into the city along the river. It certainly has the wow factor and the apartment we had had everything we needed eg small fridge, microwave, stove top and oven plus all the plates and cutlery etc required for a short self catering stay. Would definately recommend this property.

Everything was great

A welcoming apartment - very clean & spacious. Top of the range. The owner coincidentally came past & was happy to go back & give us some laundry detergent for clothes washing plus some tips for restaurants & sites to see. It made our experience perfect. Mandy's top restaurant was an excellent choice - no disappointment here..

What a fabulous gem this accommodation is! A great location, close to the centre of Inverness. A short walk in. Chris is a great host and the breakfast is wonderful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

We stayed here for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was great. Our room overlooked the River which was a nice. We had breakfast and tried the dinner menu, used the bar facilities and happy with all. Staff were friendly on all occasions. Would happily stay here again.

We loved our stay at Inverness City Suites, so close to everything, parking in a nearby shopping garage was a breeze and short walk. The apartment was huge, modern and clean, it had everything you could ask for! The stairs might be an issue if you have a lot of bags, but we had help carrying them up..thankyou 👏👍. We would happily stay there again
