Having the hotel facilities like the bar, restaurant and breakfast on hand, you still have the option of a fully functional kitchen, lounge to relax and watch TV (World Cup Rugby in our case) and a private terrace to sit out on. Perfect base to explore the surrounding area. Amazing staff!"

"The stay was excellent. We liked the place so much we booked a second night. Jan, Max, and Finn were are extremely helpful. The rooms were brand new and gorgeous, the showers had incredible temperature and pressure and the beds were comfy. Could not recommend more. The Pub also played good music and had an excellent selection of beers on tap. "

"We booked 1night stay on a Sunday, and booked dinner for 7.30, we enjoyed a drink in the afternoon in the garden, then found out the pub shuts from 4-6, would have been nice to have been told before trying to get another drink. We came down to the restaurant at about 6.30 to be told they had already run out of beef, also to order now before they run out anything else and ended up eating before 7.00, not the best experience although the room was spacious and comfortable. "

"Lovely location, peaceful atmosphere. Very friendly staff. Rooms were comfortable had all you needed for your stay. Lovely big bath towels! Breakfast was ok, could improve, scrambled eggs not good being kept warm, not much choice on the continental side. We didn’t use the bar but was told we could take drinks and food to the room if wanted. Would definitely stay here again. "
