"I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot and had a good spray. The room was clean. The room also had a kitchen and washer and dryer, handy for longer stays. Great location close to Darling Harbour and Town Hall."

"Entry and Reception under renovation. No access down one flight of stairs as Lift was out of order as well. Superior King room with City Views was their best and at their highest price ... 3-Star only ! Tiles mouldy, skirting boards aboung with fluff and dust. Bed-side table still carrying spill imprint from previius guests. Shower rail came adrift without any pressure. All signs of poor cleaning and maintenance regime. Breakfast offerings were of a high standard, yet guests were asked to pay extra if "brewed coffee" was sought. Close to Central Station, yet major construction works made walking difficult. Stayed there 20 years+ earlier, much better then. Not make another booking."
