"I have stayed at many VRBOs in the past and this by far was the best one I have ever stayed in. We were greeted with plenty of coffee, creamer, fresh eggs, popcorn and a kitchen full of staples. Anything you would need for your stay was in the home. The home is comfortable and very well kept. The owner is right next door and the most pleasant person you will ever meet. We absolutely can’t wait to visit again. If visiting Massachusetts I highly recommend this VRBO. You will not be disappointed....

"I reserved this cottage for a one-night stay after visiting with friends and before flying home to Colorado. It is exactly as described on VRBO and is a perfect retreat. It's very well finished, located on the water, surrounded by green grass, trees, and many birds, and it is very tranquil. It is also very well located. It was perfect! "It’s an older motel, slightly rundown, slightly shabby. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. The neighborhood was safe and the location was very convenient to a nearby expressway. It was easy to get into Providence RI. There’s a nearby family restaurant with decent food and friendly service. We knew going in that it would not be fancy. We got what we paid for. "

"The property is located in a beautiful little setting set back off the road with a huge lawn and outside patio area. Alan, the owner was very accommodating. Inside was two bedrooms, a bathroom and a nice big living room with a table. Also was a mini fridge along with a microwave and a Keurig coffee maker. A great little hiking area about 200 feet down the road. Beds were comfortable and very clean. I would highly recommend this place."
