"Was basic but clean. Busy in public areas. Room service was slow and food cold when it arrived. Room are not well soundproof I could hear the man in the room next door talking on his phone! "

"Our room was very well presented. So he breakfast was very good. Most of all - without exception - the staff were very helpful, friendly and efficient"

"Great position, sunny afternoon siting lakeside was wonderful. The hotel was a little tired but clean. Breakfast was horrendous, went down at 9:30 ( breakfast finished at 10:30) and didn’t actually receive by cooked breakfast until 10:45, 1.5 hours for a very basic breakfast is just not acceptable. I would image the kitchen being under resourced, plenty of serving staff, just nothing coming out."
