"Overall excellent. Staff are helpful and friendly. There is a need for some small adjustments to management of the hotel in maintenance of the property and in the kitchen and restaurant to ensure an excellent performance throughout."

10/10 Excellent
"Had a bit of a problem checking in after a mix-up with someone with the same name who had cancelled their booking and our booking ended up being cancelled. However they sorted it all out on the spot and upgraded our room and gave us drink vouchers and we even got a partial refund. Excellent service considering the confusion, staff were so friendly and helpful sorting it all out for us"
