"Ollie could not do enough to make us feel welcome, the rooms were spotless and had everything you needed But really stood out was the fact our ferry was cancelled and had to book another night at last minute, he had no problem with doing this and when asked how much we owed him on check out he would accept any money, just said he was please could make our inconvenience a little better, this will now be our favourite accommodation when visiting family, amazing stay! "

"The whole experience of being at your inn was amazing. The bar and restaurant were charming and the rooms were very up-to-date more than we have seen even in the hotels. The staff was so friendly and the food was delicious. This was a dream come true to have found such a place in Ireland."

"Parking across the street was 8 Euros with the voucher. Hotels is within a short walking distance to the main sights. Ground floor was a lot fancier than the floor with our room. "

All the bars/restaurants were good...the hotel looks small from outside but it isn't. Good parking(I did not use) and to walk out your in the heart of Kilkenny...alot of pubs & things to do or see. Love Kilkenny and now I love Kilford Arms!"
