"Very clean room. Shower was nice but poorly designed as water would run out and onto carpet in bedroom area. Had top place towels on the area to keep my feet dry. We like how close it was to all the sights we had planned to see. Lots of great restaurants very close and the bar was nice. Bartender was great - very friendly. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Parking was easy"

"We stayed for a night, the building is beautiful and well maintained. The bar was friendly with live music which we enjoyed and the breakfast was delicious. The only issue we could raise was that having taken the lift to the second floor there were more steps to reach our room. Fine for us but potentially an issue for some. Also they need bigger towels in the rooms!"

"Nice and cosy, lovely meals and dessert at the bar. Parking at hotel. There is a small lay-by before the hotel on merchants quay as well as parking opposite by riverbank in order to drop off luggage. Parking instructions is at reception. The parking building is 3 streets behind the hotel called the Glen Car park. Take a ticket and it is validated when you leave so free parking. Only a 5 minute walk to hotel. When leaving take validated ticket to car park and bring car back to layby or opposite car park to load your luggage. Easy as."
