The hotel has a great location just steps from pubs and shopping. Parking is across the street in a multi-use lot but is reasonably priced. The pool area is nice as well. I found the staff to be a little standoff-ish; I wish that they had been a little friendlier.

Hotel was in a perfect location. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was worth the money with plenty of choice. Rooms were very clean and bed was very comfortable. The only negative was the pillows were not so comfortable and there was no air conditioning in the room although there was a desk fan provided. Just glad we didn't stay in the heat wave. If you are visiting Kilkenny I would recommend this hotel.

Room was very spacious and comfortable beds and high quality linens. Conveniently located within walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. Limited information provided on check in, particularly that there is a pool on site, and there are fees to rent towels and a swim cap which was reported to be required.
