"The hotel was so clean and felt very homely. The rooms were spacious and the staff were very pleasant abnd helpful. Only that I live a long way away I would visit it again I highly recommend it."

"Upon arrival, we were sent to a room without power and a leak in the bathroom. The stafd had shut off the power because of the leak so they knew about it but put us in the room anyways. When we were moved, they provided us with a free drink voucher which was nice but when we tried to use it to order a pint, they only brought us a half pint. When eating at their restaurant, their cesaer salad included carrots which I am allergic to. This was not listed under the allergens or in the menu description. When we brought this up to the staff, they were dismissive, denied any responsibility and told us that we should have informed them ahead of time. We were also charged full price deapite not being able to eat the salad that was ordered. I developed severe food poisoning as a result and was stuck in the room for the rest of our stay. We wish were could have canceled our second night and gone elsewhere. "
