We came here for one night on our road trip through France, as part of our honeymoon, and it was just beautiful. The chateau is so gorgeous, and the staff were incredibly friendly. When we got to our room, which was huge, they had a hand written note congratulating us, and some super delicious chocolates. So thoughtful! Our stay in Bordeaux was made all the better by Hotel Majestic. It is a small clean hotel located around the corner from Opera House so it is so convenient for local attractions. It is also conveniently located for tram and bus stops. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Would stay here again if we come to Bordeaux

If I was to sum up my experience in two words it would be, absolutely spectacular! From the intimate and personal service to the exceptionally appointed rooms and breathtaking scenery! I have travelled the world extensively and this has to be at the top of my picks of places to stay and more importantly revisit! Thank you for taking such good care of us!

We only had one quick overnight stay but found the room very comfortable, clean and quiet. It is in a great location.

Wonderful staff and views. Fabulous location and building. We had the garden room for a week however our King size bed was in fact two singles that moved apart. Note: Walking to town not recommended by staff but we did anyway almost trod on a snake beside the road. Taxi charges for a trip from town before they pick you up and was unable to charge my card as no coverage, Hotel staff saved the day with a loan Many thanks. Rental car a must.

Well maintained and designed in both the substantial public areas and the guest rooms. Efficient amiable staff. A delightful place.

Beautifully appointed room. Quiet and private location. Well appointed gym although very small. Nice pool and sauna but with weird rules that aren’t obviously published anywhere - expect a telling off from the ‘wellness’ staff if you don’t follow the mystery rules! Bar is very nice, a great space to relax and service there was outstanding. Restaurant looked lovely too, but with dinner service not starting until 7pm, we didn’t bother - plenty of other equally good/better options nearby. We didn’t...
