"The hotel is in a great location if you want to be out of the buzz of Lisbon with the nearby ferry a 25 min walk or 5 min uber/bolt. The room was amazing and I had a beautiful bay view along with a huge balcony! The breakfast was great each day with slight variety on some of the hot items although was glad the scrambled eggs were daily. The staff were so helpful fixing my safe in my room and being so warm on my late arrival, and luckily all spoke English really well so if concerned do not fret....

"Faultless stay — we’ll definitely be back! I honestly couldn't find a single thing to complain about; everything about our stay was absolutely perfect. The property itself is excellent and exceptionally well maintained. Our room was wonderfully spacious and bright, but the real highlight was the incredible views—both right from our window and looking out toward the nearby castle. We had an amazing experience and will definitely be coming back again in the future!"

"The staff were exceptionally helpful and took wonderful care of us. Even though my children don't speak Portuguese, the team spoke fluently with them and made them feel right at home. They went above and beyond for all our needs, and the complimentary breakfast had a great variety of delicious options that the whole family enjoyed!"

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a two bedroom suite with pool view and balcony, great view of the ocean from the 3rd floor. The rooms are a little tired looking and could do with an update (floor chipped and smoke detectors were covered in plastic for some reason), the main living area not very cosy and could’ve been furnished a little better. Comfy beds though and good water pressure in shower. Cleaners thew away my contact lens case which was a little annoying. Kids enjoyed the pool, we were there in July and it was very busy towards the end of the day but could always find a sun lounger. Breakfast was good with lots of options."

Paulo was extremely effective with communication and always in timely fashion.The home was extremely spacious with great amenities, and the location was perfect for our needs where we can travel to a variety of sites around Portugal.The location of the home is very quiet and comfortable."
